Location

The apartment is situated in a quiet, sunny square that leads down to Newcastle's fantastic quayside with its bars, restaurants and iconic bridges. The world-renowned Sage Music Centre and Baltic Art gallery are both a few minutes’ walk from the apartment across the famous Millennium Bridge. The shopping, theatres and restaurants of Newcastle city centre are a short walk away, and a handy Tesco Express is around the corner.

 

About the Apartment

The apartment has two bedrooms that sleep five people in a king size, double and a single bed; two bathrooms - one en-suite - with a bath and shower stalls; a kitchen/lounge area with a private balcony overlooking trees; and covered, secure parking in an allocated space.

 

The large, comfortable lounge opens onto the balcony, and has a large flat screen TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, free wireless broadband and a dining table with seating for four people.

 

The kitchen area has all the utensils and equipment you could want for a holiday or short stay, including a separate oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, washing up liquid, etc are all provided. The whole kitchen/lounge area is great for socialising with plenty of space for people to comfortably relax.

 

A free, secure, allocated, covered parking space is available in the basement of the apartment block. The apartment and parking bay are accessible to wheelchairs.

 

The apartment comes with many small items that make a stay enjoyable and hassle-free, such as a hair-dryer, ironing board and iron, free tea and coffee, secure entry to the building and on-call maintenance for any problems. A high chair and travel cot are available on request.

 

Getting Around

Newcastle Central railway station is a short walk or five minutes in a taxi and is a gateway to Newcastle's suburban Metro system as well as trains further afield to destinations such as Edinburgh and Durham. The city centre is 5-10 minutes walk. The Quaylink bus service, a minute or so from the apartment, connects to many Newcastle and Gateshead sights and travel hubs, including the urban rail Metro network, as well as the city centre.

Making a Booking

The apartment has a two-night minimum stay. Prices start from £80 per night with the final price based on length of stay and the number of guests.
